The Turtle Rescue Foundation’s sanctuary in Redondo Beach, California contains ponds and waterfalls surrounded by grass, a “beach” area and a dog-sized tent that houses Little Louis, a 70-pound Galapagos tortoise that is estimated to be 120 years old. He was rescued from a poacher.
